Got a problem with your purchase? No worries! Contact us within 15 days of delivery and we'll get you taken care of.
If your product is damaged or defective, we will send you a replacement right away.
Please use size charts to make sure you're ordering the right size shirt. Each product is considered a custom item and cannot be returned for problems related to improper size or fit. We allow for up to 1/2" variation in the dimensions listed in size charts.
There's something wrong with my item. I need a replacement! What do I do?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include at least one photo of the problem and your order number. Photos are required in order to receive a replacement.
HELP! I accidentally ordered the wrong thing! What do I do?!
If you email us immediately, we might be able to change it. Our system is automated. Once you checkout, everything zips around the internet and it's out of our hands. We can do our best to make changes, but we cannot make any promises. Please review all items before checking out.
I want a refund. What do I do?
All items sold on this site are made to order (meaning they are printed when you order them). With very few exceptions, we do not issue refunds. Because each item is printed when it's ordered, it can take up to 14 days to arrive (although it's usually a lot faster). We cannot issue refunds if your purchase doesn't arrive on time for an event, birthday etc..
Items are shipped within 5 business days of purchase and will be delivered by your postal carrier. They take from 3-7 business days to arrive, depending on your location. While most packages arrive much sooner, please allow up to 14 days for delivery.
If you order more than one item, you may receive more than one package. In that event, you will receive a separate confirmation email for each package.
The tracking website says my package was delivered, but I don't have it. What do I do?
Almost all orders are delivered by USPS. They are insured for up to $50. If the USPS tracking website says your item has been delivered but you don't have it, please email email@example.com and include your order #.
